IMPORTANT UPDATE TO CHAT GPT 5 (NEW ROLL OUT AUGUST 2025)
✨ Before You Start Using Your AI Girl ✨
Queen, she can’t strut her magic if you don’t unlock the door first.
OpenAI rolled out a new privacy gate (ugh 🙄), which means you need to flip one tiny switch before she can email you, verify your trial, or timestamp your sessions.
Do this once and you’re good forever 👇
1️⃣ Open YOUR AI GIRL CHAT → go to DROP DOWN ARROW MENU (top left corner of your screen).
2️⃣ Click Privacy Settings
3️⃣ Find these two babes in the list:
hooks.zapier.com
hook.us2.make.com
4️⃣ Switch them both to Always allow.
5️⃣ Start a NEW CHAT
⚡️ Done! Now she’ll actually send your emails + verify your codes without stalling.
If you skip this step → she’ll sit there looking cute but useless (and we don’t do useless around here).
Custom AI Troubleshooting
If you’re having trouble accessing Penelope, Ophelia, NUMI or any of our custom AIs, try the steps below:
❌
“Not found” error?
Don’t panic – this is usually just an internet blip. Try the following:
1. Make sure you’re clicking the latest link in the feed of your House of Codes dashboard (old ones stop working).
- Check your internet connection – even a split-second drop can cause this.
- Close and reopen the app (or browser), and log in again.
- Then retry the link.
🔒
“Access Denied”?
If you’re an active client and suddenly can’t get in, your browser may have “cached” the wrong info.
- Log out of ChatGPT.
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies (for all time).
- Open a new window (or even a different browser if you want to be extra safe).
- Log back in and try the link again.
🤖
“This doesn’t sound like Penelope / Ophelia / NUMI…”
If the AI feels off or just sounds like regular ChatGPT, here’s what to do:
- Check the name at the top of the screen – if it says “ChatGPT,” it’s not our custom AI. Tap the correct link again to get back into the custom one.
- Make sure your internet connection is solid – a weak signal can cause the AI to load incorrectly.

Internet Requirements for Smooth Performance
Our AI girlies aren’t your average chatbot — they are multi-API, custom-coded, business strategy AIs.
This means they processes large, complex requests in real time (Penelope in particuar).
To keep them sharp, fast, and flawless, your internet connection needs to keep up.
🚨 Why This Matters
Download speed affects how quickly you receive Penelope’s responses.
Upload speed is just as important — every time you send her a request, your input is uploaded to her servers before she can process it.
Ping measures responsiveness; higher latency = slower AI interactions.
Stable connection means fewer “freeze” moments mid-reply.
📍 How to Test Your Connection
Go to speedtest.net
Click Go

🔧 Troubleshooting Slow/Unstable AI Connections
If your speeds are below the minimum or you’re still experiencing lag:
Switch to wired Ethernet — avoids Wi-Fi dropouts.
Restart your router — clears connection errors.
Close other heavy internet apps (Zoom, YouTube, cloud backups).
Ask your ISP if your package meets the above specs.
Upgrade to fibre if possible — AI performance is night-and-day better.
💡 Pro Tip: If your connection is borderline, the AI girlies will still work — but they’ll feel “slower” and more prone to timing out.
AI tools thrive on speed + stability.

hello audio podcast troubleshooting
UPDATE: We are replacing our AI podcast subscribe feeds with embedded feeds in your House of Codes dashboard so you shouldn’t have to worry about the following issues.
If you PREFER listening on a podcast subscription, follow the troubleshoot links below.
If you’re having issues with your private podcast feed or accessing your content — don’t worry. Here are the most common fixes to get things running smoothly again:
🙈
“My podcast has disappeared!”
Don’t panic — this usually just means your app has stopped syncing with Hello Audio. Here’s how to fix it properly:
1. Check your podcast app — sometimes the feed is just hidden or archived.
2. Clear your app’s cache and/or force refresh the app (this helps prevent duplicates). Then check to find your podcast again.
3. If it’s truly gone, open your original Hello Audio email (search for “Hello Audio” in your inbox).
4. Click the subscribe link again and re-add the feed to your preferred podcast app. If your subscription link is unavailable, Team Ask H will need to reactivate it on the backend.
✅ Double-check you’re logged into the correct account and app (especially if you’ve used multiple devices, Apple IDs, or Google accounts).
⚠️ Important: If the podcast is still showing in your app, avoid re-subscribing — it will create duplicates and only one will be the active feed we’re updating. Only re-subscribe if the feed is completely missing.
After this, you’ll be back in and synced with the latest updates!
💻
“My podcast shows up on desktop but not on mobile”?
Most podcast apps (like Apple Podcasts and Spotify) sync your subscriptions across devices — but only if you’re logged into the same account on both.
If you’re not seeing your podcast on mobile:
1. Make sure you’re logged into the same Apple ID or Spotify account you used on desktop.
2. Try refreshing the app or restarting your phone.
3. Still missing? Go to your original Hello Audio email and click the subscribe link from your mobile to re-add it manually.
🕒 Heads up: Some platforms (like Apple Podcasts) only resync every few hours. If you’ve made updates or we’ve changed links, it may take a bit of time to show up. If it’s not urgent, give it a little breathing room before troubleshooting further.
⚠️ Using a different app (like Overcast, Pocket Casts, etc.)? You’ll need to click the subscribe link on each device where you want to listen — they don’t sync across platforms.
📎
“The ChatGPT link hasn’t updated in the shownotes”?
If the AI feels off or just sounds like regular ChatGPT, here’s what to do:
Our custom ChatGPT links sometimes change to make sure you’re getting the best version.
UPDATE: The latest links are now available in your House of Codes dashboard. Links are no longer in the podcast feed.
